Another round of impeachment rallies will take place this weekend in Seoul.

They take place three days after Independence Movement Day.

This will be their last faceoff before the final ruling on President Park Geun-hye's impeachment by the Constitutional Court.

The Constitutional Court has begun their process to issue a ruling on the presidential impeachment.

Along with that, pro- and anti-impeachment forces are also entering their last phases.

After Independence Movement Day, this weekend will see the nineteenth candlelight rally by the pro-impeachment side at Gwanghwamun Square.

With the theme of "March Without Park, A True Spring," the main event will begin at 6 p.m., and the participants will march towards the Blue House, the Prime Minister's residence and the Constitutional Court.

<Ahn Jin-geol / Spokesperson for Civil Organizers> "Many more people than March 1 are determined to come together at the nineteenth rally. Since universities have started classes again. I have seen many college students promising to come."

The anti-impeachment organization will hold its sixteenth rally in front of the Daehan Gate of Deoksu Palace at 2PM.

They argue that an impeachment based on false information is unacceptable, and that more people will come in support of this than March 1.

<Jeong Gwang-yong / Spokesperson for Anti-Impeachment Movement> "(On March 1), the streets from Sejong-ro intersection to Dongdaemun and to Namdaemun were filled with our Korean flag. This Saturday, more people will come out with flags in their hands."

The police have decided to install walls using police buses so as to prevent any clashes between the two sides, whilst guaranteeing as much freedom of assembly as possible.
