LG Q3 net income down 4.8 pct to 442.9 bln won

SEOUL, Nov. 14 (Yonhap) -- LG Corp. on Thursday reported its third-quarter net income of 442.9 billion won (US$314.8 million), down 4.8 percent from a year earlier.

The company said in a regulatory filing that operating profit for the July-September period fell 6.5 percent on-year to 476.7 billion won. Revenue increased 4.4 percent to 1.94 trillion won.
