OECD cuts growth outlook for S. Korea's economy to 2.6 percent

SEJONG, March 6 (Yonhap) -- The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on Wednesday slashed its growth outlook for South Korea's economy this year to 2.6 percent.
The OECD's latest estimate represents a drop from its previous forecast of 2.8 percent in November. It also said the South Korean economy will grow 2.6 percent in 2020, down from its previous forecast of 2.9 percent.
