Best survey tool for Microsoft Teams?
Because Forms isn't cutting it anymore! What would you recommend as the best employee survey tool to use inside Microsoft Teams. We definitely need a survey solution that functions inside Teams because the second our team has to open another app, survey completion rates drop fast. Forms was a simple rudimentary solution but now I think we need a more sophisticated tool with better anlytics. Any thoughts?Ghost notifications
Got an employee that still receives notifications for a meeting that no longer exists. Have logged her out then back in, cleared cache, cleared data, re-installed and verified with the owner/creator of the meeting that the meeting has been deleted. She only gets this on her iPhone and no where else. Ideas?How do you handle rewards & recognition in MS Teams?

Hi All, I am using Teams with a personal Microsoft account (Microsoft 365 family plan). I am successfully signed into Teams on my Mac computer and can use if with no problems. However, I cannot sign into the app with the account on the iphone app. After entering my password or going through Authenticator, I receive a message: No Teams orgs yet Looks like you're not using Teams yet. Check that you've been invited by the org you're trying to sign in to. You can also set up Teams for your org by selecting Create new account. I have already searched extensively but couldn't find any solutions that worked. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I am on am iphone 16 pro with the latest version of ios installed. Any ideas? Thanks.Status available for internal only
For the love of God, please add the ability to make my status show as away for external and available to internal team members. This seems so basic and would make my life so much better, yet I can find no solution. If I show as available, I am constantly bombarded by external clients. If I set myself to busy or away, then my staff think I'm unavailable. Please develop a solution!StarLeaf + Teams integration
Hi all, I have a user that wants to integrate StarLeaf into one of his Microsoft Teams group. He is not the owner of the group. The issue he reported: "Currently, Starleaf for Teams is installed, but when there is any attempt to setup using the integration token generated from our systems admin in Starleaf, an error occurs." Hi. I've recently joined a new organisation and want to have Teams active on my phone as I did with a previous organisation. Unfortunately, my app is stuck in a login loop, I can't log in to log out (my account has been deactivated) and I can't find any place to remove any further user accounts in the system. Note that you cannot use this app outside of meetings (i.e. you cannot play games directly in the MS Teams app) and each game supports 1-250 players. The app can also be used on the Microsoft Teams mobile application and is mobile responsive meaning meeting participants joining from their mobile device can also participate in the games. A new audio-only recording option for Teams meeting suppresses the video feed from meeting participants to generate the MP4 file for the meeting recording. The idea is to better preserve user privacy during recording playbacks. Few will miss the video stream because the audio is usually more important. This problem is baffling me completely, and I've worked in IT Application support for almost 40 years. I hope someone can help me resolve it. A family member has a very important family court hearing to attend via Teams in a few weeks so I'd like to help her out. This is a Lenovo laptop (Ideapad 330S-14IKB) with a built in SunplusIT webcam. The camera works perfectly in Google Meet and Zoom, but not in Teams. I can see my own video feed on my screen but the other Teams meeting users cannot see my image. The camera is enabled in Teams. Some things I have already tried: Updated webcam driver from Windows Updated webcam driver directly from Lenovo site Ensured Windows 11 is up to date Checked privacy settings to ensure Teams app is permitted to use camera Uninstalled any other apps (e.g. Zoom, Skype) that may be using the camera Cleared Teams cache folders and restarted Uninstalled and reinstalled Teams Performed a partial Windows reset, retaining user data Performed a full Windows reset, erasing the hard drive Some other symptoms and things I've noted Camera works fine on my own Teams window and I can see my own image Camera transmits video correctly when the other party is on Android Camera stops transmitting video when other party is using Windows The same problem occurs using Teams in a browser web app, with either Edge or Chrome Screen sharing works fine Camera works fine in Google Meet (web) and Zoom (app) The problem persists if I log into the laptop with another user account The laptop has a fresh install of Office 365 What on earth is happening and what else can I try? The other day my integrated laptop webcam stopped working. When I opened the Windows native Camera App, I received the error code 0xA00F4244 NoCamerasAreAttached. I have an Asus Tuf Gaming F17 notebook running Windows 11 operating system. Typically in Device Manager, the camera showed up as USB2.0 HD UVC WebCam. I followed all the troubleshooting steps from the following Asus support site, https://www.asus.com/me-en/support/FAQ/109836/#Win11_A5 , with no luck. I also worked with Asus support but did not resolve the issue. After further investigation, I discovered the camera would disappear from the Device Manager when Microsoft Teams was open and running. When I quit the Teams application, the camera would re-appear in the list. I experienced this same behavior when using the Microsoft Teams Web Client. Is this related to a Microsoft Teams Update, or has this problem always existed? Working on a Teams environment that is fully wide open. They have seen a huge number of Teams created and are looking to get it under control from here on out and clean up. Wanted some advice on what you recommend doing and if you have the instructions to complete those tasks. My thoughts would be Block Team creation where IT would need to be involved. I believe this could be accomplished by blocking M365 Group creation. Way to expire or archive old Teams with no activity in X amount of time? Also, how are you handling guest invitations or access? Doing anything that allows but might secure things better for the organization. Thanks all.Support RTL Languages on MacOS
As now, It seems Microsoft teams on MacOS does not support RTL languages when texts are being typed. This makes bad feeling when users want to read the text they've typed. The issue becomes worst when the text contains English phrase (when the message is sent) As far as I remember, Skype did support RTL languages when the texts are being typed.Default audio devices in teams
Hi All, I use a Lenovo X1 carbon 6th Generation laptop along with a Thunderbolt Docking station. (Windows 10 operating system) I use a usb headset for teams/ meetings and calls. When I unplug my headset, Teams defaults to my docking station. When I plug it back in, my docking station remains as default without automatically placing my headset back as default. (My headset is defaulted for all sound devices) My headset will appear in device options in Teams and I have to re-select it there in order to use it in -teams again. I've found that even after unplugging my docking station and only having my PC speakers and internal microphone as options, Teams will not automatically default back to my headset. It will remain defaulted to my PC speakers and internal microphone. Teams only defaults back if every other sound option is disabled from the sound control panel. However, other meeting software like Zoom and Cisco Webex automatically default to my headset (or whatever new sound device is plugged in) each time without me having to disable other sound devices or re-select it from the Zoom/Webex devices menu. I and many other users at my company have noticed this behavior. Does anyone have any hints or clues to help us out? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Hi Everyone I have an adaptive card that was working until this week. I've got a workflow that sends an email when a voicemail is received, then saves the voicemail in SharePoint and sends the audio file embedded in an adaptive card in Teams. The code isn't complicated, I've just put the sharing link as a variable and then it's more or less like this: "type": "Media", "sources": [ { "mimeType": "audio/wav", "url": "@{variables('VoicemailLink')})" } ] It was working last week, and I didn't change anything. I've put a quick workaround in to put a hyperlink to the voicemail in the text of the adaptive card, and that seems fine so the variable link is working and the saved audio file is working, it's just not embedding the file nicely into the card. It opens up in a browser window instead. Has there been an update to adaptive cards or Teams that might break this sort of thing? Thanks for your help.Bot creation failed
