Last week, it was the Riverbed Data Express Service to expedite the transfer of large AI workloads. The solution empowers employees to independently diagnose and resolve common IT and Unified Communications (UC) issues, without waiting for helpdesk intervention. Using Agentic AI, Aternity Self-Service detects problems, executes triage and remediation, validates the fix, and, if needed, generates a fully contextualized ticket. bypassing Level 1 triage.
