We are delighted to achieve three new UKAS extensions to scope, further reinforcing our role as a trusted partner for testing and certification in product cybersecurity. These cover: - Consumer IoT product cybersecurity certification against EN 303 645 (ISO 17065 accreditation) - Cryptographic module certification against BS EN ISO/IEC 19790:2020 (ISO 17065 accreditation) - EN 18031:2024 series – Cybersecurity for radio equipment (ISO 17025 accreditation), now referenced as harmonised standards under the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) Delegated Act for cybersecurity. With our new accreditation to EN 18031:2024, manufacturers can now use BSI test results as a trusted technical solution to demonstrate compliance with RED cybersecurity requirements - helping to accelerate EU market access. This new lab accreditation also enhances our Notified Body service, to which we achieved ISO 17065 accreditation earlier this year.
